At Survix we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely and on time — wherever you are in South Africa.
Where We Ship
We deliver nationwide across South Africa including all major cities, towns and remote areas. Currently we only ship within South Africa. For international inquiries please contact us directly.
Shipping Options & Timeframes
Free Insured Tracked Delivery Included with every order at no extra cost. Estimated delivery 3 to 5 business days.
Express Insured Tracked Delivery — R150 Need it faster? Upgrade to express delivery and receive your order within 1 to 3 business days.
Both shipping options are fully insured and tracked so your order is protected from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives at your door.
Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 12PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 12PM will be processed the next business day
- Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed the following business day
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order in real time through our courier partner's tracking portal. All orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Bulk Orders
Ordering in bulk? Contact us directly for special shipping arrangements and bulk pricing. We are happy to accommodate larger orders.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or if anything is missing please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographic evidence where possible and we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
