Refund & Replacement Policy
At Survix we take pride in the quality of every product we sell. If something is not right we want to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement.
To submit a replacement request:
- Email clear photographic evidence of the defect to survivedistancee@gmail.com
- Include your order number in the email
- Our team will review and respond within 24 to 48 hours
Please note:
- Photographic evidence is required for all replacement requests — no exceptions
- Replacement requests submitted after 14 days of delivery cannot be processed for any reason
- Once 14 days have passed from the delivery date we are unable to assist with any replacement or refund requests
Returns
Once a product has been opened or used it cannot be returned. Out of respect for all our customers we are unable to resell used items as new. Therefore we do not accept returns based on personal preference or change of mind.
If you do return an item please ensure:
- All original accessories and packaging are included
- A valid tracking number is provided — Survix cannot be held responsible for returns that are not received
- Your order number is clearly included inside the return package
- Please note that a restocking fee may be applied where appropriate
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order please contact us at survivedistancee@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
Please note:
- Once the fulfilment process has begun we may be unable to cancel your order
- We cannot guarantee your cancellation request will be seen before fulfilment begins
- We recommend contacting us immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel
Order Modifications
If you need to make changes to your order please email survivedistancee@gmail.com as soon as possible.

- We cannot guarantee modifications will be processed before fulfilment begins
